Organizational Structure
How the chamber is governed — from the general body to the secretariat.
RCCI is governed by an elected Board of Directors drawn from its general membership. The board sets the chamber's strategic direction, while a permanent secretariat manages day-to-day operations and member services.
General Body of Members
Firms, companies and corporate bodies engaged in trade, commerce and industry — the source of the chamber's mandate.
Board of Directors
Directors elected for a two-year term, responsible for governance, policy and advocacy.
Executive Committee
President, Senior Vice-President and Vice-President — leading the board and representing RCCI externally.
Standing Committees
Specialised committees formed under the board to address trade, membership, finance and development.
Secretariat
Secretary and office staff who administer membership, accounts, documentation and facilities.
